About Taboo AI
Taboo AI teaches English vocabulary by making you explain words. You describe a word without its red words. An AI guesses it. Then a coach shows you a better way to say it.

Why explaining works
You remember words you have had to explain. Linking a new word to people, places and feelings you already know gives your memory more ways back to it. Taboo AI makes you build those links in every game.

- Topics. Browse topics for everyday life and for study, or make your own topic with AI.
- Coach review. Each clue is scored on meaning, taboo avoidance and associations.
- My words. Every word you describe, with your best clue. Weak words come first.
- Daily challenge and streaks. One topic a day, the same 3 words for everyone.
- Play with friends. The AI describes a word and you race to guess it.
- Your language. Menus and coach feedback come in 9 languages. Your clues are in English.
Who it is for
English learners aged 18 and over, from about B1 (intermediate) up. You know everyday words and want a bigger, more precise vocabulary. Beginners can play easy topics.
